We kindly ask you to advise us if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments as soon as possible. We will now require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or a $35 fee will apply. 

No-show will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled grooming appointment before booking another. 

We currently do not require proof of vaccination for pets over 1yr old, but we highly recommend your dog is up to date on his shots, and treated for fleas monthly, as some sicknesses can be airborne. We regularly sanitize our equipment to ensure the safety of your pet. We do not accept the request for a flea bath until the pet is treated prior to the appointment, and a 10-20$ fee will be added to the price.

Please do not bring your dog on a retractable leash as it is unsafe for you and other dogs. We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a regular leash by your side. Free roaming without a leash is not acceptable on our property, as there are busy roads nearby. Be sure your dog's collar is nicely fitted, to prevent it from coming off outside.

Interactions with other dogs should be limited. Please do not let your dog sniff other dogs in the reception area unless they are separated by a gate. Do not pet dogs in the waiting area that seem scared or anxious. We want all our pets to feel comfortable, but being approached by strangers (dog or human) could make them feel unsafe and nervous.

Make sure our door is shut properly. Do not leave the door open for long periods of time to let your dog in. If they're nervous, we can help you get them in safely without risking the safety of other dogs inside the building.
